  • Length: 1 page if you have less than 10 years of work experience. Otherwise, 2-pages is acceptable.
  • Font: Arial or Calibri.
  • Font size: 9 to 10.
  • Margins: 0.5 inches.
  • Color: Black and white.

Content

  • Summary (add under Contact Info): # years of [Job Title] work experience.
  • Keywords: Mention main keywords more often (use CTRL+F to check frequency).
  • Experience: Mention employer’s name and client’s name. Example: Randstad (Client: Google).
  • Projects: Only for students or new grads.
