I worked with Ryan at Expledge over several months. The job, company, and general information forms needed for my search were easy to follow. Ryan was easy to contact, and job applications were sent out on my behalf at regular intervals. I did not receive and offer from their services but i did attend several interviews. The offer i accepted was through my own job search in parallel, but attending more interviews through Expledge did help my confidence.

I had a great experience with Expledge. The team applies to positions for you so they take care of the manual work for filling out the applications online. They are very responsive and will work according to your requirements. However you should be the one preparing for the interviews. Overall they applied to a lot of different positions and I got around 1-2% interview requests of the jobs being applied. I haven’t used the resume writing assistance. Only downside is they do not change the resume according to job so you should make sure to submit a resume that matches the roles that are being targeted. Most of the roles they applied were more senior level. Overall they have great communication. At the end it is good service, however I found the job on my own by my Alumni Association. This service gives you some exposure and good practice with interviews. It would have been better if they could somehow include referrals access to applications to increase interview rate.

I want to first start with saying how wonderful the process was working alongside Ryan to assist in the job search.Because of the sheer amount of shady individuals/companies that are out there, I was extremely skeptical of engaging with Expledge.However, the saving grace for me was I had a colleague whom I did my coding bootcamp with, who had already signed up to use Expledge and specifically through Ryan. So the word of mouth element of this story is why I decided to trust Expledge and give them a shot.The onboarding was very straight forward and Ryan gave me a call to explain in great detail every aspect of how the process works. Within a few days there was job applications being submitted and things were happening.Ryan made himself available to answer my questions, address concerns and alter the process every step of the way. The level of attention and care he puts into his work and with myself at least, is bar none.I couldn't recommend Expledge enough, especially if you can work with Ryan. I am happy to talk to anyone who might have specific questions or need a way to get in touch with him.I got offered an internship position and thus I'm putting a pause to this service, though I have to say with confidence that when the time arises where I'm job-seeking again, I will be resuming work with Ryan in assisting me find the right job for me.Thank you Ryan and thank you Expledge

Working with Expledge is really great. Its not like any other Staffing Agency that would throw you bunch of un related job postings. They understand your requirement and your situation very well and then they make a plan accordingly and execute them. Expledge has been of great help in terms of finding a job. Ryan who is the job search consultant is very helping and clear.- With in 2 months period, I Got 50 plus interview calls and 10 of them went for onsite too(including Microsoft, Amazon, Vmware, Goldmansachs, ebay and Uber..etc)- Ryan has unique ways to apply job so that your resume will pick 7 out 10 jobs they applied_ Ryan applies the jobs based on our criteria(location/salary/position)- All the services provided like resume edit are really good unlike costly services present online like top resume.- As they say on expledge website you can focus more on the interview preparation part.- All the concerns can be directly discussed with Ryan and he is really quick with his replies
